MY YOGA JOURNEY
Jo’s introduction to yoga began in her 20’s whilst living and breathing the fast-paced world of fashion PR. She took her first yoga class and instantly felt a sense of peace and serenity that she had longed for but never experienced in her life.
Jo is fortunate to have been taught by some of London’s top yoga teachers and is always grateful for the many great influences who have shaped her journey.
YOGA - MY TEACHING
Transforming body and mind
Yoga is a combination of physical and mindful movement. Its greatest gift is how it restores balance in our lives, creating space and reconnecting us to our own bodies. Focusing on the breath and moving through a series of postures (asanas) forms the basis of our yoga practice.
Having trained in vinyasa flow, Jo has developed her own method of teaching, offering a clear and warm approach to learning the foundations of yoga. She teaches all levels from beginners to those more experienced, adapting the practice to suit individual needs and ability.
