I charge an hourly rate for private and individual tuition, please contact me for details and to discuss.

Studio class prices are set by the studios, please see studio website for booking and class prices.

It is your responsibility to ensure the classes you attend whether in person or online (and the variations you choose in a class) are appropriate for your own physical and any health conditions/limitations. Jo Goff Yoga is not liable for any injury resulting from attending her classes.

Private yoga bookings require 24 hours notice to cancel, otherwise they will be charged at full price.

For studio classes booked directly with a studio, please refer to their website for cancellation policies.
